How to make Brazilian Cafezinho

1. Add water and sugar to a pan that is exclusively used for making Cafezinho.
2. Add half a cup of water and one or two teaspoons of sugar per cafezinho.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring a few times to make sure the sugar dissolves.
4. Remove from the stove, and thoroughly stir in one tablespoon of finely ground coffee per cafezinho. Slowly pour the mixture through the coffee flannel or cloth coffee strainer and into the tiny serving cup.
